CPG represented the Buyer in the off-market acquisition of Hunters Branch, an office campus located within walking distance to the Vienna Metro Station, comprising 459,186 SF of office on 14 acres of ground.  This redevelopment property is planned for a residential development that will include a 485 unit apartment building and up to 76 for-sale stacked townhomes. 

Samuel Gordon, Mychael D. Cohn, and Aaron Lebovitz represented the Buyer, Insight Property Group, on the acquisition and are retained to sell the stacked townhomes component.
