Josh Simon

Josh Simon has brokered in excess of $750MM of sales throughout his career including a number of high-profile development sites across the Region. He joins CPG after running the DC Market for Lee & Associates, a nationally recognized firm based out of California.

He will work directly alongside the Founder of CPG, Mychael Cohn, in continuing to grow the firm’s presence in the institutional and private ownership space. Mr. Simon’s experience spans almost every asset class, having sold Office, Retail, Hospitality, and Land.

Some highlighted examples of his experience include a 270,000 SF residential development site in Reston; a 130,000 SF mixed use development site in Old Town Alexandria; a 94-unit Residential Townhome development in Tysons Corner, an 80,000 SF office to hospitality conversion in Alexandria, a 60,000 SF office conversion in Washington DC, and a 128-unit townhouse development in Reston.

Josh has worked with many of the region’s top local Investors and Developers, such as Avanti Holdings, May Riegler, Capital Investment Advisors, BCN Homes, Toll Brothers, Bonaventure, SC Herman & Associates, Nicholas Development, among many others.

Mr. Simon is a graduate of Miami University and holds his SIOR designation professionally. He resides in Alexandria, VA with his Wife Brittany, two children Brody and Sydney, and Chocolate Labrador, Norris.
