Josh Simon

Josh Simon joined CPG in November 2024 after running the DC Region for a National Real Estate Firm called Lee & Associates. A Native Washingtonian, Josh has been brokering Commercial Real Estate transactions for 18 years, having sold over $600MM in investment and development related projects. He specializes in the sale of complex mixed use developments, for sale residential land, and income producing properties throughout the DMV.

Some highlighted examples of his experience include a 270,000 SF development site in Reston; a 130,000 SF mixed use development in Old Town Alexandria; a 94 unit Townhome development in Tysons Corner; an 80,000 SF office-to-hospitality conversion in Alexandria; a 60,000 office Conversion in Downtown DC; and a 128 unit Townhome development in Reston, to name a few.

Josh has worked with many of the Regions top local Investors & Developers. He has held his SIOR designation since 2017, having been a Partner at top regional firm KLNB prior to taking the reigns at Lee & Associates. He now co-leads CPG’s investment sales platform, helping the Company further its growth initiatives in in Northern Virginia and Downtown DC. He resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife & 2 children.
