Kade Goldberg

Kade Goldberg is a Junior Producer at Cohn Property Group, specializing in investment sales and land brokerage throughout the D.C. region and beyond, with a focus on industrial, residential redevelopment, and retail opportunities. He brings an energetic, high-velocity approach to the business, combining market research, proactive deal sourcing, and a constant curiosity for uncovering value-add, redevelopment, and highest-and-best-use opportunities. Kade earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan, with additional commercial real estate experience at Grover Corlew, Bozzuto, and Donohoe.

Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, Kade has called the D.C. area home for much of his adult life and developed a strong familiarity with the region during his four years at Georgetown. Before college, he attended Deerfield Academy, where he competed for the nation’s top high school lacrosse program, before going on to become a five-year Division I student-athlete at Georgetown and Michigan. That background shaped the competitive edge, discipline, team-first mentality, and relentless work ethic he now brings to every deal.

Outside of real estate, Kade stays close to the game by coaching youth lacrosse and is rarely one to sit still for very long. Whether he’s on a lacrosse field, golf course, in the water, or exploring a new corner of the market, he enjoys competition, meeting new people, and finding the next opportunity. He brings that same energy and genuine enthusiasm for people into building relationships with clients and growing his career at Cohn Property Group.
