Samuel Gordon

Samuel A. Gordon is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design in New York City where he studied photography. Sam has deep roots in the DC Metro Region having grown up in a real estate family in Bethesda, Maryland. He was quick to adapt from the art world to real estate having been around it his whole life. Sam joined CPG in the Fall of 2022 bringing a high level of energy and focus on finding new Mixed Use, Industrial, and Residential Development and Value-Add Investment Sale opportunities in the DC Metro Region.
