Samuel Gordon

Sam Gordon is an investment sales and land brokerage professional at CPG, where he focuses on sourcing and executing office, mixed-use, industrial, and residential redevelopment opportunities across the Greater Washington, D.C. region. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has quickly become a key contributor to CPG’s transaction activity, successfully brokering over $100MM in investment sales and development opportunities. His work centers on identifying underutilized assets, structuring value-add and covered land plays, and guiding clients in maximizing highest and best use. A Bethesda, MD native, Sam brings deep local market knowledge and is known for his proactive sourcing of off market opportunities. He is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design in New York City, where he studied photography.
